Topic: Budget
1. Treasury is empty, money disappeared around time councilwoman Shen and Mayor Neville resigned
2. Matfield suggets freeze all funding to Seaside, per recent fundraiser.
3. Civil Services has no doors or security
4. Traviss & Markus suggest fundraisers, Caverly agrees to help
5. Matfield suggests selling computers & security cameras, firing security staff at Seaside.
6. McGinnis suggests asking money from the State, Nick agrees
7. Traviss suggets full audit of the HPD, council agrees audits of every municipal department needed.
8. Traviss calls for vote to proceed with: bring tuition into seaside, appoint a treasurer, appoint an overseer of fund-raising, for or against an audit, for or against investigation of previous council persons, for or against community garden
9. McGinnis tables vote on community garden, with more needing to be discussed.
10. McGinnis insinuates that former government officials took over half the city's yearly budget recently, investigation needed
11. Both Matfield and Traviss decline the necessity of an investigation, saying it will cost too much money
12. Calls for voting are put off by disagreements, Matfield, bodyguard Caruso, & Traviss leave, the former two citing another meeting
13. Caverly, Markus, & McGinnis continue speaking on community garden, giving it support
14. Markus is chosen as Treasurer and will head up audits of FDH, HPD, HGH, Civil Services, & Seaside School to determine budgetary needs
