Columtreal's newest faculty member, Shaumae Wylder, will be teaching a class on fourth amendment rights Thursday May 7th at 5:30 PM SLT. This class will be an interactive lecture.

Reasonable Suspiscion
Probable Cause
Private and Common Spaces
Plain View Discovery
Frisk Searches/Terry Stops
Search Incidents to a Lawful Arrest

Students are expected to read the fourth amendment prior to coming to class.
