BACKGROUND: ((The sole purpose for this organization is HYPE! I want people to be enthused to be here and have fun seeing their Ball Busters volleyball team thrive! We have a lot of potential here and I want to tap into it!))

UNIQUE: ((This organization will use a no dice, self-created volleyball system that will help make it fun for everyone when they get started with volleyball! It will also tour the different businesses in Hathian every week, once per week, to eat or show up at to show support!))

EXP:Roxanne: "I have a lot of background in this sport. I was a high school star with a spike that went well over 90mph with ridiculous accuracy to boot! I'm decent at saves and okay at setting, but I'm the best at the Hitter position." ((I'm learning a lot about volleyball to make sure I RP this correctly, even the lingo! I have over 30 years of experience when it comes to RP and will do my best to separate IC and OOC, even if it is only about 90% possible~ Some things bleed over, but even then, I will do my best to conduct myself in a professional manner so that the team and the RP can thrive!))

WORK WITH OTHERS:Roxanne: "I plan on making sure that our team is like a sisterhood, just as good as any sorority! Let's kick some ass out there, girls! Yes, we need to have this team also link up with the Cheerleading Squad so we can have times where we hang and create cheers! Let's do this!"

IDEAS:((Okay, so my idea is to make a stamina system for each stat that each volleyball player will use. The stats will be as follows: Points Distribution: You get 20 points to distribute between Spiking, Blocking, Saves, Setting and Stamina. Stamina starts at 10 per fatigue level, 1 point = 2 Stamina. -Spiking (1-5 rating depending on your skill)(This is used to show skill, power and accuracy in spiking; can use 1-5 stamina (depending on your skill rating) to spike the ball, but watch your Stamina usage!) -Blocking (1-5 rating depending on your skill)(This is used to block a spike or even a serve (have to have at least 4 skill in Blocking to block a serve)! It is mostly used to stuff a spike, but watch your Stamina usage!)(This is the defense against a spike, which is the counter to Setting, leaving the number left for a player to Save) -Saves (1-5 rating depending on your skill)(This is used to show awareness, agility and accuracy to save the volleyball and return it to a teammate, keeping it in play; can use 1-5 stamina (depending upon your skill rating) to save the ball, but watch your Stamina usage!) -Setting (1-5 rating depending on your skill)(This is used to show skill, accuracy and teammate awareness to set the volleyball; can use 1-5 stamina (depending upon your skill rating) to set the volleyball, the more skill used, the more powerful the spike for your team, but watch your Stamina usage!)(Setting the ball with more stamina makes the spike more powerful and likely to eclipse any defense!) -Stamina (10-20 rating per level of fatigue; 3 fatigue levels: Fit, Fatigued, Exhausted; if go into Exhausted, you are more likely to be injured when using all of your skill, if go past Exhausted, you will pass out, guaranteeing an injury)(Use this to use your stats, but do not use too much of it at a time or you will lose fatigue levels!) -Specialty (Choose one of the 4 stats to specialize in!) >Spike (Use 1 less stamina when spiking the ball at max skill used!) >Blocking (Gain 1 free full block per Fatigue level!) >Save (Use 1 less stamina when saving the ball to keep it in play at max skill used!) >Setting (Give 1 more free skill point to a Hitter to spike the ball!) >Stamina (Gain 2 more extra stamina!)
