Backstory: Hoping to build on current events with new ones and link with local station WKRK to be a CU base/studio for the station. It will aim to be a music lovers pub with loads of great RP opportunities.
Unique: Murphy's would become an official bar of WKRK, the idea being that not only would it be a visible presence on campus it could also provide secondary studios, these can be used for live broadcast and can also be used as a link with CU offering internships for students and classes in radio presentation and tech.
WKRK could provide a stream to campus when broadcasting. We would need some kind of switcher if music was wanted full time on campus as WKRK only broadcasts when a DJ is present.
The outside of the bar already reads "Beer, Cider, Whiskey & Music" so this would fit well in the surroundings.
Exp: I will work with teams to promote events throughout CU and CD channels, working with other community leaders and learn best practice from them too.
