Cheer Girl! Welcome to the outline of what it mean to be a cheerleader here at The Crack Den's Columtreal University.
This document breaks down CU Cheer Squad Roleplay into a basic Guideline. Your roleplay here isn't limited to these activities, but these are what's expected:

I. HOW TO ADVANCE
As a member of the CU Cheer Squad and the Den, we expect you to apply quality roleplay on behalf of your cheer squad. Get creative! You will be rewarded, as you'll see below. The Group leaders will evaluate your performance every Sunday. Your character's results from games and their prestige will increase!
In the next section, we'll explore some of the standard types of roleplay your squad expects, and propose some ideas.
II. TYPES OF CHEER RP
Just about ANY roleplay in your cheer uniform, representing our squad, counts for credit. Whether its in Local Chat in-world, on Twitter, or on Flickr or other social media, we'll count it. Just do it, then send us a record of it in a Notecard at Columtreal Gym by Sunday 8AM SLT. It's that simple.
Cheer Roleplay Ideas include:
--A 'Practice' session with your cheer sisters or members of the Football Team
--A gym session with your cheer sisters or members of the Football Team
--Hold a party as a representative of the CU Cheer Squad, anywhere in town
--Promote your squad through in-world roleplay, Flickr pics or Tweets
--Tweet about what you're doing as a cheerleader and tag @LootersFootball
--Promote the Apparel and other items of the CU Spirit Store, in roleplay or on Twitter or Flickr.
The results of this play don't matter. It can be a success, a disaster, a sexy outcome or a bloodbath. Just play and drop us a record!
III. GETTING CREDIT FOR YOUR RP
There is a Notecard Box in Columtreal Gym. It's labeled 'REPORT FOOTBALL/CHEER RP'. Record your roleplay in a Notecard and drop it in there. IF YOUR PLAY WAS IN-WORLD, SEND US THE LOCAL CHAT LOG IN FULL.
We check the box every Sunday morning, 8AM SLT, and apply the credit for the coming Saturday's 'Game Report' and publicity activity, such as newspaper articles, photos, tweets and HTV video interviews.
The reward system's simple: We rate the quantity and quality of what you do, and advance your character's ability on the field and fame off the field by a factor of 1-4. For example, if you deliver two average scenes about practice, or two average Twitter campaigns, we'd grant you 2 points. If you blow us away with two awesome scenes, or a great scene and an outstanding Twitter promotion, we'll give you four points!
NOTE: Demotion can occur. If you do nothing one week, we'll warn you. Do nothing two weeks, we reduce you to a hopeful - your character is benched. Three weeks of doing nothing results in Ejection from the Group.
IV. REWARDS
We will reward your roleplay efforts in many ways:
--CU Spirit Store Products featuring your player
--Crack Den graphics and video featuring your player
--Game Reports making your player's story stand out in Columtreal U. history
--Awards and trophies
--Group Tags, like 'CU Cheer Star' and more
V. HOW RP AFFECTS THE DEN
There are a lot of ways in which your RP as a CU Cheerleader affects the Den:
--Every week, the Football Game is played at Val's for a live crowd to enjoy, and your cheerleader's performance WILL be mentioned!
--HTV Interviews focusing on sports are in the works, and your cheerleader may be featured
--Columtreal and Crack Den Social Media, from Game Reports to Tweets, will feature your cheerleader
--Products at the CU Spirit Store, like Apparel, our CU Cheer Calendar and posters, will feature your cheerleader
--You help to stimulate the whole community, especially Columtreal!
--You'll be featured in Flickr and Twitter Crack Den promotional materials
