CU Clinic

TYPE: Clinic
BACKSTORY: Cayne Hayes (Gullione Resident) and Grace Johnson (Willow Adder) are bringing new and exciting services everyday at the Clinic with the benefit of those services being free on the days they are schedule on. However, this does not mean that we do not welcome walkins on days that the services are not scheduled on. So if you get an owie, come see us! Here is a quick run down of our plans: Planned Parenthood Mondays – ½ price abortions Bloody Tuesdays – Free Lube with every blood donation Beat the Yeast Wednesdays – Gynecology Exams Cry it out Thursdays – Therapy sessions Fresh start, again Fridays – Addiction counseling Good Luck Saturdays – Health checks done by Pre-Med students STD's and You Testing Sundays – Free shirts! So everyday there is a dedication to what kind of roleplay could be had at the Clinic and once again only on those days are those services “free” and on some days students get a free gift! Who doesn’t love free gifts? We hope to see students forming a pre-med group to work out of the clinic for FREE of course (starting to see a trend here!) those who are not students but a Nurse or Doctor will of course be working as freelance since all of the money coming into the clinic is charity based. Which leaves room for loads of fundraisers to be had. As for a Grand Opening or I guess re-opening for the Clinic we want to do a STD education day with AIDS testing as well as handout condoms for Safe Sex (yes magnums will be available *wink wink*). We would want to have cots out for taking blood as well as hand out flyers which give a run down of what Students can expect of the Clinic. All the blood donated will find it’s way to HGH where it is always needed.

IDEAS:We plan to use the Calendar to promote our events as well as mingling with the Students IC. We think it would be fun to get with the other business on campus to hold therapy sessions at their locations and we could hopefully contact them a few days in advance to see if that is possible. For instance, having a sex addiction group meet at the Library or Book Store. Those who run an on campus group, sorority or Frat could work with us as well and we with them when it comes to blood drives, STD testing or other events we think of. Who wouldn’t want a cheerleader jumping around cheering that you don’t have herpes?
