This course will explain what the “Bill of Rights” is, and also look at some of the landmark amendments to the U.S. Constitution since its creation.  This is true fact and history taught by a disgruntled  army vet with PTSD…  And, this is the kind of education your parents never got!  Class is one hour long and 2 units are give for attendance to CU students, but all are welcome to observe either IC  or OOC.
