OOC Workshop : How to initiate RP – Brainstorming

We need your ideas!

Especially new RPers often have a hard time finding RP – and some of us oldbies often don’t even notice how we focus on the same old circle of friends. 

We would like to offer a workshop with the aim to get new ones involved, showing them strategies how to establish new contacts in a creative way, how to offer a ‘hook’ for your counterpart to react to – instead of passively waiting that ‘stuff happens’.

And we want to share experiences and tips of established RPers – how to engage new ones who might be intimidated by your (IC) reputation, or who might be just too shy to approach an old CDer. And how to broaden your own perspective – how to reach out to RPers you usually don’t run into and who don’t belong to your gang/peer group/business.

At this first meeting we will gather examples and ideas for a transcript that then can be used in regular workshops.
