Literature 212: Shakespeare
Shakespeare is myth’s greatest marketer. He brought the myths and tales of the Medieval and Classical world to life for common and noble alike. The themes and drama of his works will be brought to life by our class. No acting experience is required, but courage is a must.
Curriculum:
- Class 1: Introduction to Shakespeare
- Class 2: Romeo and Juliet
- Class 3: A Midsummer Night’s Dream
- Class 4: Macbeth
- Class 5: Class Production of Macbeth
Instructor Paige Davenport earned her M.A. at the age of 23 from the University of California – Los Angeles. She is a Joseph Zubin Award recipient and author of New York Times bestselling self-help books, Sick Girls, Stupid Girls and It’s Not You, It’s Your Brain.
