In the first two days of November, thousands of Haitian Voodoo (or Vodou) believers visit cemeteries to pay their respects to deceased ancestors and the spirits of death during a celebration known as Fete Gede.
This will be a celebration extended by the Vudu Spice Shoppe. Candles, herbs and perhaps even hallucinogens will be provided to aid in commune with the spirits for these two days. The Cemetery and Vudu Shoppe will be the main places. If you want to add that perhaps you need a “cleansing” ritual or something as such because of the extra “available spirits” that might be roaming around on these days be sure to contact me at the Vudu Spice shoppe.
