Like others have pointed out, most in CD prefer organic combat, me included; that said, I do use dice for some scenarios that benefit from it. Unlikely, because then it would give the appearance of it being required to be used. There are plenty of dice rolling options out there if someone wants to use that.

While I agree with their being no mandated combat system, maybe a dice option on the HUD might be useful?
