Thanks to permission from the HPD Head honcho and  Lieutenant Ram Kone, Hathian Mental Health services (L)  will be working along side the Police department to study Criminal intent and ‘treatments’ That could help relieve some violence towards the officers.. Or make it worse.

Over the next few weeks, L will be present in the cells running different ‘experiments’.
These include and are not limited too:
Dietary changes
Drug trials
Exercise practice
This should start tomorrow and run for a short period of time. Giving inmates more RP during their stay and Officers more interaction with them.
