BACKGROUND: Mina, would take lead of the massage part of the business while Ren Vond-Himaki would mostly run the tea area, due to her Japanese background. Yet both will work in both areas. They would probably inspect the new workers. And have them prove their skill as a masseuse by performing a massage on them. (of course with a pervy end because they need to know how well they can do happy endings!) Event wise, we can have coupon days. Or on main events (like mardi gras) we can have discounts as well if you come in costume. We'll make up new event ideas as we go along and probably will have a monthly event as well. (perhaps a few sexually oriented as well) As for employees to feel included, we will focus on developing their skills if needed, teach them new techniques of the trade, etc.

UNIQUE: By being active. Have clerks at the desk, masseuses ready to work. And me and Ren will try to be at the business as much as we can when online. And we will make sure that a worker will (almost) always be there to service people there.

EXPERIENCE: I've been an admin on several RP sims in the past, so I know how to do that. I've owned a brothel on another sim as well, I worked as a masseuse earlier in Canton, so I got experience for that as well. Also, Mina has worked in the Porn industry so that'll be of benifit as well as it'll be an Adult business.

IDEAS: By promising them good, and interesting RP, and delivering as well. By being active, have regular events and perhaps classes.

OTHER: Free tea for that day, and something to eat as well, some great music (perhaps live?) Also, we'll give away prizes perhaps in a raffle. The prizes would probably be a full body massage with a happy ending (Or get to have sex with one of the owners after even!)
