The position of lead for the XXX shop got more interest than I expected. Thank you to all who sent in their applications! Had to make a choice so we will have two proposals up for community review. Both have quite different ideas to them so, please, feel free to post your comments and questions. I will leave the two threads open for a week before making a decision.

Hathian XXX Store

BACKGROUND: The direction I'd like to take the business toward is one of more interaction and involvement with Venus Entertainment and MB Inn. I'd like to hire the models or hookers to walk around town to hand out fliers for the business. I want to do more parties and gatherings with Venus Entertainment and entice the hookers to send their John/Jane's to the shop to get supplies. New employees I would ask Peri to either keep the employee handbook or make one of my own (It's a darn good handbook) and I'd like to see an employee uniform (shirt or something else that signifies unity of the shop, I'd pay someone to design them) and employee parties. Something to make everyone feel included and part of a team. I started at the porn shop a while ago (not sure how long) and it has been my steady job and the only job that I have kept through the development of Danya. She was moved to assistant manager a few months ago and has continued to work there in that capacity. I think the natural development would be to try to become a manager.

UNIQUE: Much like Lou's Bar, I'd like to entice people to rp there with sales on various items. I would use the XXX shop twitter to call out the specials and try to get more people into the shop to rp. I want to start a few small story lines about XXX shop giving condoms to the Hathian PAW/The Haven to hand out to people who need it, along with other fundraisers. I would like to also try to have the porn shop play a more predominant role in Hathian to promote healthy and safe sex, and information about STD's and Pregnancies.

EXPERIENCE: I have helped to admin and run Iowa in the Old West sims, also helped to be a Moderator on the Amiville sim. I have moderated chats for the two, and helped to facilitate storylines. As for personal qualities, when there are grievances and disputes I can step back and look at both sides of the problem and try to work things out between parties.

IDEAS: I will try to have some sort of uniform or something to make everyone feel part of the group. Also there will be a small Employee handbook (notecard) and I will try to see about training rp. Not that a porn shop needs much. As for new players, there will be people hired to hand out fliers and I'd like to host events especially for newbies to the sim to entice them to Bourbon street.

OTHER: Throw a party and get the Porn stars, Titty Twister, and MB Inn involved as well. We're all one happy sexual family, right?
