This course introduces students to the fundamental principles of cooking from start to finish. No short cuts! Students will learn how to wield a knife, create recipes, properly use flavorings, and the skills and techniques that go into making an eatable dish. Successful completion of this course will result in a well rounded, capable individual who can brave life's challenges and come out as a champion all, from the power of cooking!

Topic: Kombucha, it's origins, how's it made and creating your own. Each student was instructed to prepare their very own kombucha during class. The final product should be ready in 10-14 days. Check back!
