I am so down for having Rosie go ape shit on people. I maybe new on sim but little events like this will hopefully help make her mark.

I think this is a good idea but only one that will work if done right. It would be fun to do prison RP etc, sadly I know from experiences in the past RPing in the HPD cells it can get really boring if the RP is not there and you do end up not wanting to even log in as you can’t do anything but wait.
