Does this faction require Bubba’s to operate at all, or can this all be moved to another vacant business, one that can be lead by the faction and used in faction business? The fixation on the gun shop seems to be overtaking here.

Chong’s previous run with this faction was a big joy to have around. He’s a very easy-going person, and we were sad he had to depart/shut down the faction before! Glad to see you back!

Well, nobody has to go to the hospital and spend time in the HGH bed. I know some actively avoid it, and that’s their choice. HGH and HPD are not places of OOC punishment.
