Hey kids
A bunch of ya already know about the place and have been comin' round, but I want to make sure the rest of you know about the new clubhouse for teenz I've opened up. My dad owns an old video store that he keeps on his books for the tax write-off he gets and he let me and my sister use it for a clubhouse after a lot of begging. It's right next to Sean's diner which is cool when we get hungry. We've juiced it up, put in a bunch of games, comics and other stuff I'm not gonna say here. Come by, hang out and see for yourself.
We don't allow adults, so if you're 20 or older stay away. Also, no freakin' annoying little kids 12 or younger. This is a club for teens only. Got it? If you need to crash 'cause you can't or don't wanna go home we've even got a quiet space where you can sleep or study.
Don't tell your parents! Streetratz is a totally rad place to chill.
