It has come to the attention of Captain Stoneage and I that a specific gang has decided to tread some weight on our Officers. From this point, any person seen wearing Gang Color’s that represent the Reapers are to immediately be brought into custody. This will be a kind reminder to the Repears that they do not dictate the actions of the Hathian Police Department.

7/13/13 – New Manual (OOC) – Sent by: Windie Melody
Previously Hendrich had sent out a revised HPD manual to all our ranking officers for opinions before it was released. Ben and I are going to be working on that actively again to get a new updated manual. If you could please send any revisions you previously submitted to him, to me, I would greatly appreciate it. If you are newly promoted or need another copy of the revised manual to review just shoot me an IM.

7/13/13 – OOC Prostreet Enforcer Vehicles – Sent by: Windie Melody
Just FYI, Prostreet has released a new update on their Enforcer style vehicle that has a LI of 50 prims. This exceeds the alloted prim limits for those of you that have vehicle permits. Please use the older version that is still at 37 prims. If you are looking to buy that vehicle, remember it is now only sold in the 50 prim version so you would have to personally contact the creator for the older model.

Attention all Officers,
It has been brought to my attention that a female subject is delivering anonymous letters threatening kidnap and other serious bodily harm to multiple officer’s. Female appears to be Hispanic, dark hair, sleeve type tattoos, with additional tattoos on her chest. Any subjects matching this description should be immediately brought in for questioning to Det Feld, Sgt Kone or Cpl Beaumont.

HPD, FDH and HGH have come together to host a fundraising event for the Seaside Foundation. Our agencies will be hosting a formal dance and silent auction on August 10, 2013 from 2p-6p. It will be held at the Fire Department Bay. All are welcome and encouraged to attend if at all possible.

I’ve noticed a growing trend of multiple officer’s listing a lot of public APB’s. Public APB’s should not be heavily used due to the “Word on the Street” notifications. Use Private APB’s as much as you would like. If you want to use a public APB, make sure it is only one here and there, and not multiple listings at the same time.

The Observer management has contacted our agency and an arrangement has been met. Due to this arrangement, Officers are to do extra direct patrols at the Observer office due to ongoing problems with gang activity “Reapers” at the location. Please attempt to have more of a presence to prevent further property damage to the building or its employees.
