BACKGROUND: The Law firm would offer legal advise and legal aid in the fields of for domestic disputes, financial affairs and criminal defence to name a few. Unlike the DA office lawyers or independent lawyers - the firm is for those that can afford a more 'premium' service. For those that aren't so flushed with money of course it's worth noting that actual currency is not always the best currency....

 

UNIQUE:

 

EXPERIENCE:Woodbury and Walker has always been the firm my character has been from but their 'head office' as per my characters backstory was back in London, and he was looking to bring a branch of it into Hathian. Its the next logical step for my IC character, and something I have been approached about and advised to do a number of times by a number of kind souls. OOC, I think the civil service could use a presence with the civil service office out of action. I would like to provide a base for law RP to have a natural start. I Also think it would encourage other people to take up the role of lawyer- be it by joining the firm, or acting in opposition to the firm.
