A down payment of 20% or higher will be excepted. Bail will be posted as soon as down is excepted and letter of finical reasonability is received. Person reasonable will be given a breakdown of weekly and bi weekly payments. In attempts to keep rp going. Any payment should be recorded (hopefully they dont get rich quick and allow the rp to happen naturally) If the character comes in after winning the lotto, only x amount will be accepted each day in an effort to keep the rp active. If payment is missed or rules made by contract are broken, Civil Services can and will issue a Warrant for arrest. Co-signers and co- applicants, are still responsible for debt. Bail bonds men & woman are responsible for collection of said debt. Even if said person is incarcerated. Three people must be listed as contacts in case said person skips bail.   Must have co-signer. Co-signers are responsible of fulfilling debts. Retrieval of debt can include, physical & mental abuse, stalking, theft of property, or anything according to CD rp guidelines and ones own limits. Until payment is made in full. Inmate must also sign and agree to probation terms set forth by Civil Service. Till payment is rendered in full to Kemper & Chase  Bail bonds. Back ground: The name Kemper & Chase, is founded after two men that are our ( Hendrich Laim & Rowan Laim) alter personalities. We are not aiming to do the pay our we beat you up like has been done before, we want an actual growing business.

EXPERIENCE:I have been in and out of CD since before Voodoo was added. I have never seen anyone actually try to run a bail bonds like should be.
