Okay, so I'm not exactly new to the whole idea that the HPD is the biggest baddest gang and that the HPD basically has the final say in just about every crime related RP. I'm just going to get that out of the way. But in an environment where the HPD is basically untouchable and any citizen uprising is going to land in an arrest and the inciting party being ignored, I have to ask about the HPD and RP within other citizen serving areas. An RP came to me recently where an HPD officer came to the HGH to sexually assault an inmate and really, what do I do with that? Can't ban the HPD from the hospital. Cant really file a report of assault with the HPD, and pretty much any RP retaliation will land with the HPD on top. I get they are the biggest and baddest gang, so to speak, but does that really give free reign? Will the LTs really be blind to other state run organizations and their CCTV?
