TYPE: Official Business
SLURL: Hathian sim, Main Street
BACKGROUND: I would love for the Gein to continue to be a great hangout spot in town, with the questionably best food in town. Regular events could include participation in sponsored town events, deal of the day/week which would be advertised through rp in town and through IC Twitter. I would also want to go through an rp interview process with every new employee, as well as an rp orientation for them and the whole crew- just to keep every one on 'task' and in the loop, and its a great way to get rp started for everyone. My character would fit in as management because she is a Business major in college and owning and running a business is her ultimate goal overall.
UNIQUE: One thing I love and admire about another business and how they run it in town is Piehole, they are very hands on with their employees and make them feel included in the rp which is something I want to do with Gein and it's employees. Also the way they advertise on Twitter and get the whole community involved and intrigued in roleplay, I feel like it truly makes a difference and makes a business stand out when your very hands on and stands out, making an effort to create rp for the community
EXPERIENCE: As a person OOC I manage a Walgreens in real life although it's not a burger place, I still have leadership skills! and that will of course in turn shine through Talyn and her RP.
IDEAS: As I've said, lot's of presence on social media and random rp lures on sim to get people to come eat etc. And lot's of engagement with new hires always!
OTHER: I would love to do a grand re-opening evening of free samples of 'new improved recipes' of classics on the menu- just a fun night giving out samples, free burger coupons and possibly even make it into a 'job fair' type of event where we can 'hire' on the spot.
