TYPE: Official Business

SLURL: Hathian, bridge over Bourbon St.

BACKGROUND: My plan is to have Parnell and a few of his associates move in to set up shop as more or less a money laundering operation, because let's face it. Nobody rents movies anymore. Employees would be encouraged to participate in the drug trade that would occur in the store, however, there would be room for the broke college kid who doesn't want a part in it to do their job as well. Parnell himself, will be a coked out old gangster, who sits around watching old DVD's and complaining about things. He may mentor younger employees of the shop.

UNIQUE: I plan to bring in a good group of people with solid RP experience to help get it started, and from there, make it a place someone can actually go rent a dvd, or get a fix, or possibly cause conflict in a site that is currently completely unused.

EXPERIENCE: I bring with me 14 years of CD and SL at large RP experience, I have run numerous other businesses, most notably Rader Records. I plan to use my experiences from those successes to start a new project.

IDEAS: New players will be sent text messages and will be addressed by Parnell himself whenever possible. Then slowly introduced to the real purpose of the store, which is to lose money so that money can be laundered through it.

OTHER: I prefer to just hit the ground running without any fanfare. RP is about commitment and making people want to come RP there. The best way to do that is to bring in good solid individuals, and foster an environment of inclusive and quality rp.
