Hey guys -

The Grind has been a hot spot for years and it's been fortunate to have the same person running it for a very long time. Pia did a wonderful job being a lead and I was sad to see him go. However, with that being said The Grind does need a new lead. Over the last few days we have had several proposals for The Grind and I've narrowed it down to three candidates. I will post each proposal separately. Please review them and give feedback. I'd like to give you all time to review and post, so I'll leave them up for community review for about a week.
