I am just few months old in CD. I am not eligible to propose a new faction. So I am leaving this in Suggestions box. I see CD is a adult zone. It has more elements to it but still has adult tone also. What about giving some space for BDSM lovers in the town. It can be a regular meetup event. Or it can be a group so they can be in touch with other. Or if some people are really interested, they can form a faction.

Whatever it is, It would bring more variety to the RP environment. Imagine BDSM pairs!
