Hey everyone, just started last week so thought I would post up my character's background in case anyone was interested.  I look forward to role playing with you all!

Thomas Holyoke (Male, Caucasian, 40, Dark hair [shot through with some gray], Hetrosexual)

Thomas enlisted in the Army at age 18 to escape his inner city upbringing.  After spending 20 years as an MP in the army and rising to the rank of Sergeant Major (ending with the 108th MP out of Ft Bragg), Thomas retired and began the second career of his life. His training as an MP (Military Policeman) naturally led to him joining the Atlanta PD as a Lieutenant. However, two years of playing desk jockey left him frustrated and wanting to do something that mattered. He wasn't a particularly 'straight arrow' and believed in getting things done more than getting them done 'the right way' even if that meant skirting the law once in awhile. This led him to leaving his 'cushy' job (his perception, not necessary correct) with the Atlanta police force and seek out something more in line with his tastes and predilections.  He arrived in Hathian last week looking for an old army buddy (Shawn Grayson) who had retired and written him a few years back saying he had some great opportunities here they could work on together.  Unfortunately, the only address he has is on Berthier across from the Motel...which is now a burnt out wreck.  These days you will find him wandering about town searching for any information he can find out about his friend.
