From residential to commercial use, our sim provides an urban-themed environment for you to build on. With a network of roads and high-quality cityscape, found on our class-5 sims, you are guaranteed to enjoy your experience in SL.

Cost and availability?
Our plots are competitively priced with tier averaging just 10USD a month for a 1024sqm plot! Click on the “MAP” button at the bottom of your SL client and look for the yellow shaded plots on the map (make sure you have “land for sale” box checked). Visit the plot and take a look at the “For Sale” sign on site for tier / rent costs.
