Come and learn couple  simple ways to Jerk and Dry your own savory meat creations at home . Rhyan will be making 2 simple marinades and prepping our in house cuts for you .  No prior cooking experience needed ( but helpful) . Cover- alls will be available for those who want to get bloody . Participants will be taking a sampler from the store home with them . Butchers shop on the weekend !.
