New Class - Civics and Debate

Class will be held twice a month on Monday afternoons at 2SLT or as the professor's schedule allows. Students will earn a grade by debating topics in class actively. Responses will be timed in real time. Topics will be generated on Friday, so yes, like real students if you wish to cram, do it, if you wish to wing it like a Cartman book report, go for it. Participants will rotate, and don't think, for those characters I know I won't be choosing topics that perhaps your characters are passionate about.
