To put it simply, the Youth Center needs a rebuild.

I feel it could be better utilized as a 'Community Center' with obvious areas for certain areas.

- A Kitchenette and Shelter with rooms and bunks for the needy.

- A small library and desks for well, a city funded library.

- A multi purpose room with desks and chairs, chalk board etc for city funded classes or for people who want to rent out the room to offer classes etc.

- A nicer entrance and garden either in the center of the building or out the back leading into rougarou.

- Play equipment such as what is available from 'What Next'

- A pool with a deep end and shallow end

- An enterance. A counter wehere people go to ask where to go for certain activities.

This is something I actually want to propose myself as a business/group however I feel the Youth Center could be utilized in the ways mentioned and seeing as the land is ther eit's an ideal location.

I willingly put myself forward to build it, put down tree's, the play equiptment. Whatever is needed for it. I most probably have it all in my inventory/ies.

As it is the youth center is a bit hap dash, there's no clear way of using it. No clear welcome or information counter and the big cartoony things are a bit out of date and irrelevant.

Nadir, if you would let me help. I'd just be mega hectic excited to start building, terraforming the plot. All still within the grunginess of the sims theme.

xx
