Rize Productions/ Club Ascension

BACKGROUND: (This proposal is meant to be submitted by both Nyx Khaos and JordanRizzo together.) Rize Productions is a production and talent agency that was brought to life by Jordan Rizzo. Rize is constantly looking for new talent to recruit and invest in. Its primary focus is in the music industry and has already recruited a number of well-known talents in Hathian. It also recently open Club Ascension in combination to its new recording studio. Club Ascension (CA) is a venue for concerts and performances of the Rize talents or those who wish to icly rent out the building. CA also doubles as a night club open to the general public for when concerts or shows are not booked. The ooc goal of this entire venture is to bring enriched rps and storylines for those seeking stardom in Hathian or those who simply like performing. However, we also intend to generate a source of entertainment for the rest of the rp community as a whole through events through Rize itself and through Club Ascension. Icly my character, Shane Lebowski, is more behind the scenes. Though oocly I have a much more active role in planning events like concerts and club events that will be themed and djed. New Employees who come in as talents for Rize or staff for the club will all get the same attention as currently members. The goal is to be all welcoming and help them to further their own individual rps as well as the groups as a whole.

UNIQUE: Jordan and myself both enjoy making actual music videos, which adds a realistic flare to those who which to become big in the music industry icly. We also plan to hold concerts and events to entertain the public. Adding in CA to the mix is to help plan more events in between concerts and videos to keep people rping and having fun.

EXPERIENCE: I have led groups before in other sims and have managed ic businesses with event coordination. I've also oocly mentored and have run factions in my previous sims. I have also been helping to icly manage the Grind mostly because I oocly love to event plan. I have already run three successful events through the Grind. Jordan Rizzo is also no stranger to running a CD business. He is the current manager of the Grind and has been an CD leader for some time now. He has also helped run Brun Dug oocly for a couple of years now before branching out to do his own thing.

IDEAS: Anyone and everyone can sign up. Whether they wish to become a talents, be background support in a video or general staff at the club, all are welcome. Twitter is used to recruit as well as rps on the main sim. The biggest recruitment tool we have is rp and events to bring in people who might eventually want to join.

OTHER: We hope to be holding a concert soon with some of CD rper's favorite performers. We have already done a club event, but we want to go further than that to bring in fun rps for the whole sim.
