BACKGROUND: Lighthouse Life Coaching and Experiential Therapy provides mental health advisement and life direction to its clients. Clients can schedule personal or group sessions for our licensed therapist, Lindsay Dover. Lindsay is a budding young psychologist that specializes in trauma and post-traumatic stress. Her life coaching process involves therapeutic enhancement through experiences. EXPERIENCE: My char is a licensed therapist and would like to work with area facilities to assist in providing sound mental health for residents. She is a young prodigy in her field and also uses her patients in case studies to provide additional data on experiential therapy. She's pretty much a mental health nerd that wants to change how mental health is viewed and treated so access to a multitude of patients helps shape her work.
