I havent filed the official request yet but have started rp to build a new gang adn would like to find out if there would be any players interested in this gang since there is a lot of competition.

The main story of the gang is that its a co-operation between the colombian cartel and the russian solntsevskaya bratva (russian maffia). They seek to create a new route for the trafficking of Drugs, Weapons and women trough hathian. They are a mix between very violent criminals and more calculated "smart"criminals who prefer to stay under the radar of law emforcement. They would try to bribe or blackmail high ranking people wherever they can to gain control. A brotherhood where everybody looks out for each other. they would use the HPD corruption against them by offering favors to citizens and gain the people their thrust and ofcourse the favor wouldnt be totally free. Keeping records of all the bribes and favors the do so they could use it for their own gain on a later event judging on what the other player can and is willing to do.
