Please, I beg of you to consider a mesh rebuild.

The technology is faster, loads quicker. There are some badly made mesh items, that are highly detailed unnecessarily. However if you find the right people you can get mesh items. Whole buildings made for a fractions of the land impact cost.

Sim loading times will be so much faster, and you will have so many more prims. Adding more room for rentals on the main sims, Hathian and District 8.

I understand that you are weary about image sizes. But those too can be changed on modifiable mesh.

There is a wonderful creator of mesh on the marketplace. He's working on another sim at the moment. His buildings will be up for sale and some are at the moment.
