BACKGROUND: This would be Clio's second attempt at running a business, her first attempt was the semi successful pawn shop which is now being run very successfully by her nephew. In the past Clio has had strong gang affiliations, most recently with the Rejects, however after walking from the Rejects and finding a new path with religion ( Order of Dae, Cult) she isn't looking to run this business with any affiliation, it's to be run separately and with the aim to become a successful money making business. With the money from the sale of the pawn shop ( her husband's money, he'll be mad) she's looking to put money into the xxx store and help it become an active hub again along with the other newly refreshed businesses in bourbon. I'd hope to build a strong business link with the several adult entertainment companies that are housed in hathian.

There is the opportunity to be involved with darker groups on sim - the creation of snuff films by some groups could be an under the counter special request for example.

Clio isn't the easiest of characters to get along with. However, with a common goal of running a business and her relaxed attitude to work place conduct, she should be an interesting and fun manager. New employees would be contacted individually, made aware of any upcoming events that they could take part in and asked if they have any ideas of their own they'd like to share!

 

 

UNIQUE: By running regular events that range from small to large and often humorous in the hopes it will attract attention and a fun crowd to join in. The business already has the unique opportunity of working with the adult entertainment companies on sim and i think it would be great to capitalize on that and run some fun events for people to take part in. Obviously, i'd have to contact them IC first!

 

EXPERIENCE:I've written on sim for many years now and have most recently run the pawn shop before handing it over to Shaun. I have experience dealing with conflict resolution - i'm a GM on sim so often have to deal with these types of things! Also i think i'm pretty easy going and approachable, i'm happy to talk to anyone about anything.

 

IDEAS:By inviting them in for free screenings of the latest videos! Try before you by! By contacting all new staff personally, making them aware of any events and storylines going on that they may notice in the store and welcome them!
