This has been happening constantly for a few weeks now. When making a report on more than 2 suspects, the system almost always drops the suspects from the system. The suspects listed will ICly be notified ([04:00] [CRACK DEN] Update: [HPD] A police report was recently filed on you and word has hit the street! Your cred in the Crack Den has increased.), but the report will list no suspects (http://db.thecrackden.com/hpd/search/?id=MjczODk=) and they either won't appear on the roster, or they'll appear on the roster but their name will be "n/a".

People have been accusing each other of not making reports/doing reports wrong/etc because they're frustrated, so it would be nice to see this fixed!

I'll update this if I notice any other things that make it more likely to happen.
