It may be me, but some of the comments there were un-needed. Since you never stated in your proposal initially how much experience in RPing you had. She, like myself were asking on your RPing experience. Again, this is why the back-story of your character question was asked, the first time.

This can be fun, but any fire’s or gas leaks will close the business down and if its a heavy RP spot that is something you should consider. And given that The Clam does get a good amount of traffic I would reconsider how much ‘fires’ and ‘gas leaks’ you want. Regarding the scheduling, I personally wasn’t speaking of a set time. But when your proposal to schedule robberies, that’s one thing I enjoy about rp is that is it spontaneous and not set up. Things like a fire I get should be preplanned so those involved or who work at The Clam would understand how long the shop will be closed for. Also that would be something that would need Nadir’s approval first, the fires, if you are planning on going that route.
But again, even simple funny things like selling old expire item could make for a great sim wide sale event without making it a big crime event as well since some players do not like to RP that way.
