While in search of a drug dealer I encounter a meek young man and ask him for drugs, he doesn’t no, I run after another man who seems like he might be appropriate, but end up collapsing in the street, unbeknownst to me, in front of the hospital. An ambulance pulls out and an EMT gets out but does nothing, the young man followed me down the street and saw me go down, a nurse came from the hospital and checked me over. Sebastian (the young man) carried me into the hospital onto a stretcher. The nurse treats me and some of my history is revealed and also the Mafia history of the nurse whose family has already been hit by the mob. Sebastian stayed by my side until I fell into a deep sleep. I was in severe withdrawal from heroin overdose and had been recently raped after I had been dumped off in that filthy city.
